Parth Shah is the primary force behind Countsure, serving as Head of Audit and Tax with over 15 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA - U.S.), a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), a Registered Valuer (RV-S&FA), and holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA). Parth began his career at Ernst & Young, gaining global exposure in accounting and auditing standards & building expertise in compliance for different industries.

With a vision to modernize accounting through technology and process-driven outsourcing, Parth founded Countsure to provide cost-effective, secure, and scalable offshore solutions for CPA firms and businesses across the U.S. Under his leadership, Countsure has become known for precision, compliance excellence, and data security, supporting firms with end-to-end accounting, tax, and audit services.
